Catering

There will be a coffee van onsite during the regatta. The club also has a licensed canteen.

You can pre-order lunch from the club canteen for each day (coming soon) <<CLICK HERE Please order by 6pm the night before and pay when you collect your lunch.

Registration

The registration desk will be open on Friday 4th October 1500 – 1700 hrs and Saturday 5th October 0830 – 0945 hrs - this will be upstairs in the Teralba club house.
Competitors and Support vessel skippers please go to the registration desk to confirm your attendance at the regatta
All competitors who have registered via online registration are required to check all competitors' details before the first race. Any changes to competitor details must be made before 10:00 hrs on Saturday 5th October. Once racing is underway, competitors will be required to fill in a change of competitor details form, available at the Regatta Office.

Support Vessel Registration

All support Vessels for the NSW Youth Championships must register for the regatta. If you have not registered yet >>CLICK HERE
Only vessels registered, and displaying an identification number, are able to use the facilities provided to registered support boats and be on the water near the racing.
Please bring a VHF Radio for your support boat.

Regatta Office

The Regatta Office is located in the Club House.

Opening hours during the event -

Friday - 1500-1700
Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 0830-1700

Sign On/Off

Sign on/off sheets will be downstairs in the Boatshed each day.

Boat Park Access

Boat Drop Off - 15:00 hrs 4th October until 09:30 hrs 5th October, If enrolled in the coaching clinic, boats can be dropped off from 08:30 hrs 2nd October.

Boat Pick Up - After Presentation (approx 17:30 hrs) 7th October.

Parking/Trailer

Please refer to the site plan at the top of this page, outlining vehicle and trailer parking and follow all signage and directions given by event officials. Do not leave valuables inside your vehicle, and a trailer lock should be used to secure the trailer when not in use.

The road trailer parking area will be locked during the regatta.

Yes, RIBs can stay in the water overnight. Please ensure you have registered your boat online and confirm your registration at the regatta desk before berthing your vessel. Terms and Conditions apply, which can be found when registering your vessel.
