Please note:

  • Only sailors participating in the Coaching Clinic and Green Fleet are permitted to access and launch from the event site between Wednesday and Friday morning. 
  • Lunch packs from the club canteen must be submitted by 10 am the day before

Regatta Registration

The Youth Championship Registration will be in the TASC clubhouse. Competitors are required to visit the registration desk to confirm their attendance and intention to compete at the regatta, as well as collect Zhik competitor packs! 

We kindly ask all competitors who have entered online to check their competitor details before the first race. Any changes to competitor details must be made before 10:00am on Saturday 3rd October. Once racing is underway, competitors will be required to submit a change of competitor details form, available from the Regatta Office.

Regatta Office

The Regatta Office will be located upstairs in the TASC clubhouse.

The office will be open from Friday afternoon at 3 pm for registration, and from 8:30 am on Saturday to Monday. 

 

Sign On & Sign Off

Competitors must SIGN ON and SIGN OFF each day. 

Sign on and sign off will be via paper sheets, available downstairs in the boatshed area each day. 

 

First Aid

First Aid is available from the Canteen in the TASC clubhouse.

John Hunter Hospital (24hrs) is the nearest hospital (20 min) with an emergency department for children.

 

Support Boats

Support boats (including coach, spectator and parent support boats) must register and acknowledge the Safety regulations published in the regatta race documents.

  • Vessels must display identification, including a visible vessel registration number and a club flag or burgee.
  • Operators are requested to carry a VHF Radio and listen to the allocated channel for the course area. 
  • All occupants are recommended to wear a lifejacket, and kill cords must be worn by the operator

Registered support boats may tie up and stay in allocated areas as designated by the Organising Authority. Terms & Conditions apply.

Rigging Area & Trailer Parking

Please refer to the sitemap for the rigging area and trailer parking locations and the nearest drop-off points for boats. As space will be limited, please drop off your boat and move your car and trailer immediately. For the safety of everyone, the parking of cars and trailers is not permitted in the rigging areas. 

Please follow all signage and directions given by event officials. A trailer lock should be used to secure the trailer when not in use. The road trailer parking area will be locked during the event.
