Zhik Youth Sail NSW 2024 Wrap Up

The event began with 119 sailors and 20 coaches taking part in a three day coaching clinic, then the NSW Youth Championships saw 246 sailors from 7 states and territories, as well as 18 New Zealand Optis, in 212 boats/boards from 12 classes taking part in three days of racing. The race committee got through 131 races over the three days on four race areas.

We thank all the officials and volunteers who helped make the event a success. We could not run an event this size without alot of help, along with host club Teralba ASC, we thank race managmement partner clubs Speers Point ASC, Toronto ASC, Wangi ASC, Newcastle CYC and Marmong Point SC. 

We hope all the sailors and their families had a great time, made some new friends, and made some great memories.
