Australian 49er sailors Kurt Hansen and Simon Hoffman currently sit in second place on day two of the 2019 Junior World Championship being held in Risor, Norway.

Fellow Aussies James Grogan and Charlie Dixon currently sit in 12th place with John Cooley and Thomas Cunich in 20th.

The New Zealand contingency of Isaac McHardie and William McKenzie currently lead the 49er pack.

In the 49erFX field, Australians Natasha Bryant and Annie Wilmot, defending Junior World Champions, are currently third behind second place Willemijn Offerman and Elise Ruyter and pack leaders, Sweden’s Vilma Bobeck and Malin Tengström.
